In professional coaching, authenticity, respect, scientific rigor, and absolute confidentiality are paramount. My practice is rooted in evidence-based methods, systemic and value-based approaches, and a strict adherence to privacy. I specialize in Schema therapy – developed by Jeffrey E. Young – and incorporate the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)® as a key component of my methodological toolkit. Aside from my coaching certification, I also hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

I offer my coaching sessions in four languages: German, English, Italian, and Ladin, my native language. I call the Dolomites home. It’s my favorite place for “mount slowdowns” (mountain slow down sessions), coaching sessions in my van, or directly at your business premises.

Since completing my education and embarking on my professional path, I’ve worked with people in various capacities. I’m an avid reader and enjoy mountain sports in my spare time. Rock climbing and ski mountaineering are passions of mine.

Volunteer work

Over the years, I’ve had significant and transformative experiences both within my home country and abroad. I’ve visited Kajo Keji in South Sudan three times to engage in social projects. These trips are particularly dear to me, and I often refer to them as my greatest learning experiences. In August 2009, I traveled to the earthquake-affected region of L'Aquila, Italy, with the White Cross to offer direct support to the affected individuals.

It is not a blind force from outside

of which we are the plaything,

but it is the sum of gifts, weaknesses, and other inheritances,

that a person has brought with them.

The aim of a meaningful life

is to hear the call of this inner voice

and to follow it as much as possible.

So, the way would be to recognize yourself, not to judge yourself and want to change,

but rather to bring life as close as possible to the shape

that is predetermined within us as an intuition.

- Hermann Hesse
